How long have yall been listenin to bay rap? People in the bay might have been gettin hyphy since the 80's, but this "hyphy movement" Sound has only been around for a few years. The shit the franchise boys are doin isnt nothin new in the south, they been makin beats like that for a long time. ATL came up off club tracks, we came up on that mobb music, and just recently got into the club shit.....

Thats my point...if you go and listen to a Ska Face Al Kapone track from 95...youll hear the actual term "get buck in the club"....theres...3-6 Mafia back in 91 with the song "Gettin BUck Muthafucka"....this shit been there AND been labled...

Id like to see people in the Bay gettin "hyphy" before a couple of years ago...and what did they call it if it wasnt "hyphy"?

they r 2 fuckin different styles dumbass...hyphy iz way more up tempo...crunk iz slow...the only thing dey hav in commom iz that crunk iz a style for one place and hyphy iz a style for one place...dey dont sound da same...u cant even tell me one song dat compares to a hyphy track...so plz stop tryna say dat crunk iz the same...i think e feezy needs to be choked for ever sayin that they are the same

i agree with mac drizza they are not the same....i can't think of a crunk song that sounds similar to a hyphy song...they are two different sounds of music and styles...but thats just my opinion some may differ but i think they are nothing alike....but DFB are definetly raw
