Group F .. Barcelona vs Inter .. Etoo vs barcelona and zlatan vs inter . Looking really forward to that game . Ibrahimovic kissed the Barcelona tag on his shirt the first day in Spain. I think it was disrespectful against his former club(inter) where he spent some years. I bet he's gonna hear it from the italian crowd.
And i agree about group C .. kaka against his former club aswell. Real Madrid and AS Milan should advance , but you never know. Marseille aint bad.
I dont know if you forgot about group G and H or just think they sucked? lol
But here they are ..
Group G : Sevilla , Glascow rangers, Stuttgart , Unirea(what?) .. most boring group IMO.
Group H : Arsenal , AZ Alkmaar, Olympiakos , Standard Liege.. Arsenal and dutch champions Alkmaar should advance .

I agree. had the same feeling . With a couple of exceptions , the groups were pretty weak. The play-off later on should be cracking though. But i miss teams like Valencia,Ajax , PSV Eindhoven and so on ..because they play an entertaining attacking style of football ..
And the seeding system is pretty weird. for an example. Inter won the italian league and they were in the second seeded pot while Milan were in the first. And wolfsburg won the german league and were in the the 4th seeded pot while bayern munich were in the first pot. I guess it's based on former results in the CL? or something..

Damn Stuttgart's group sounds easy as hell. They should have a shot at 2nd place at least. Glasgow and Unirea are definitely beatable. I'm really looking forward to see Wolfsburg play on an international level. I know most of yall probably never heard of the team, but they do have some great players like Grafité, Dzeko and Mismimovic. ManU will have the group on lock, but i do think a Wolfsburger team in great shape is will be able to to beat Besiktas and Moscow.
Now Bayern is a different story. I hate the team on a national basis, but when they play championsleaugue i can't help, but cheer for them. They should win this group, if they manage to get their shit together. They just bought Arjen Robben, who should be a huge gain for the team. Once they have found their formation and Ribery get's his head outta his ass, they might be able to fuck shit up. Can't wait for the match up with Juve.

I would just like to state that Man U got extremely lucky this weekend in their win over Arsenal.
That Man U penalty was definitely NOT a PK. Rooney started falling before the keeper even got close to him. They wanna give Eduardo shit for diving, but Rooney does it and its OK?? That shit pissed me off and totally threw a dominating Arsenal side off their stride. Referee was terrible and also dished out unnecessary yellows as well.
Arsenal had a shitload of chances too, and that own goal was the fucking icing on the cake.

A must win for Sweden tomorrow against hungary away . Loose or tie and we wont be in the world cup 2010. Denmark vs Portugal playing also. Looks like Denmark is gonna win the group and Sweden and Portugal fighting over the second place . And that wont even guarantee a spot in the world cup. Looks bad for us . How's the situation for the rest of yall? Both USA and Mexico will qualify , right?
The last time we met Hungary away , it was for the world cup 2006 and we needed a win to qualify. Zlatan Ibrahimovic scored the crucial goal at 90+1 minutes . I wouldnt mind the same scenario.
