If he gettin gassed after 2 measly rounds that had limited action he was in no condition to be in that fight period. He had Mayweather rocked twice in that round and never really went for the "KILL", and Mayweather was able to recover and just put on a clinic. I gave Mayweather props, but IMHO I wasnt impressed and I favored him dominating Mosley in this fight. Now what I really don't understand is how people think because of this fight he will dominate Pac and it will be a one sided fight lol.
he only got gassed because after her got that good punch in the second round, he kept trying to land that 1 homerun punch. By doing that, he used all his energy. I didnt say it would be one sided, i just said mayweather would win

So, manny saying give 10 mill every pound overweight or no fight isn't an ultimatum.
http://www.liverpuncher.com/articles/manny-pacquiao-demands-10m-for-every-pound-overweight.html

According to that source, Pac is saying that out of spite since Mayweather wants to play games and make up rules. He never said that til Mayweather came with the whole blood testing BS. Also, when you show up heavier than the other guy, you have an advantage obviously and it is not out of the norm to have to pay money for each pound you are overweight. In fact, that's a RULE already in place. Mayweather had to pay Marquez for showing up overweight. This is common in boxing, unlike Mayweather's request for blood testing. Nobody else does that. I was just informing you, that Mayweather definitely isn't negotioating. What he is doing is called giving Pac an "ultimatum". And then yeah, Pac is saying, ok well if you want to play that shit, then instead of paying 600,000 for each pound you are overweight, we'll bump that up to 10 mill since you want to play cat and mouse. The 10 mill won;t even matter if Mayweather shows up at the weight he's SUPPOSED to show up at. So you're making a poor comparison.

That all started with Floyd being a diva, and making diva-like requests. He's basically making unwarranted accusations. Again, anybody have a link implicating Pac to roids or HGH? No. Exactly.

My bad I wasnt referring to somethin you said as far as a one sided fight that was someone else, but as far as gettin gassed it was round 2 bruh! WTF when have you ever seen Sugar Shane gettin gassed like that in all the wars he's been through in his career. On top of that in that second round when he had Mayweather hurt he didnt even go hard on him so to me that's plain to see he wasnt conditioned to be going 12 rounds wit PBF.

What's crazy to me is how anybody can't see right through the whole Mayweather's fugazziness with all this steroid talk. No need to go into details because it's useless debating the issue if fools can't see the games he plays. That fool stays contradicting himself with everything he says, but people take heed to it and are gullable as fuck lol. Old ass Larry Merchant actually made me laugh wit all that Artful Dodger shit he was talkin bout Mayweather.
Lol, totally true. I just realized halfway through typing my last post "This is my last post. Some people just don't 'get it'. Most fans know what's going on here though".

I think I've said my piece.

yea, that's the thing, He was ready. He went to 2 training camps because he was training to fight Berto at first. that fight got cancelled, so he fought Mayweather.

I'm not gonna keep repeating myself but it is a rule you have to pay if you show up overweight. He's bumping it up to 10 mill since Floyd wants to play games. If Floyd wouldn't have started that bullshit, Pac wouldn't have even requested that. But again, it's in the rules to pay if you dont make weight. Blood testing isn't in the rules. Get it now? AND, if he just makes weight, like he's supposed to, he won't have to pay a PENNY.

Pac wanted to fight Floyd under normal rules, Mayweather started being a diva, so then Pac played his own games even though his request wasn't that out of the norm. That sums it up right there.

Testing for PEDS is in the rules, it was just upped to olympic style testing just like Manny upped the price of the overweight penalty. They both played mind games, the difference is Mayweather accepted and Pacquiao didn't want to take the test. I never thought Pac was on PEDS but after all of the excuses (i.e scared of needles) i want to see him take the test. at least for his fans.

Manny Pacquiao may be the biggest draw in boxing right now, but for boxing promoter Oscar De La Hoya of the Golden Boy Promotions, Floyd “Money" Mayweather holds all the cards now.

“He can decide who he wants to fight now," said De La Hoya on Mayweather. “He holds all the cards. He can decide when and where."

The head of the Golden Boy Promotions, who promoted the fight between Mayweather and Sugar Shane Mosley, gave his comments during the post game interview.

Mayweather, whose fight with Pacquiao last March was cancelled after both camps failed to come to terms for a random blood testing, announced earlier after his 12-round victory over Mosley that if the People’s Champion won’t undergo blood testing prior to their fight, then the fight won’t happen.

“If Manny Pacquiao wants to fight, he knows where to find me," said Maywetaher during an interview with veteran sports analyst Larry Merchant. “If every athlete is clean in the sport of boxing, take the test. If Manny Pacquaio takes the blood and urine tests, we can fight. If he doesn't, we won't make the fight."

But Pacquiao, in an interview with GMA-7 said that he won’t abide by Mayweather’s condition of an Olympic style of testing.

“He’s bigger than me, so he wants to take advantage of that, that’s why he wants me to take the test during the fight,’ said Pacquiao. “I won’t do the test."

But whom will De La Hoya picks once the fight happens?

“I have to be truthful, Mayweather is on a different level because he’s a student of the game he will dissect you outside the ring and finish you off inside the ring," said the many-time boxing champion De La Hoya. “He knows how to get in your head and beat you mentally and beat you physically. He can wait for you to make mistakes. Pacquiao makes many mistakes and that will fall into Mayweather’s hands easy."

Should the Pacquiao fight won’t happen, Mayweather would most likely move up to the next level – the 160-lbs. division where he has a chance to face World Boxing Council/World Boxing Organization middleweight champion Sergio Martinez.

“That’s a possibility," said Mayweather during an interview with fightnews.com.

Wow. For the LAST time, Pac wouldn't have said that if Mayweather didn't come with the bitch shit first. He's doing it out of spite. AND if Mayweather follows rules already in place, and shows up at the agreed upon weight, it will be irrelevant and he won't have to pay a PENNY. Drawing blood can weaken you if it's near the fight. That would give Floyd a PHYSICAL advantage weather Pac tests dirty or clean. Mean while, if Floyd shows up at normal weight, doesn't cost him a penny, and doesn't effect his physical performance whatsoever. ALSO, Pac said he WOULD take the blood test after the fight. The shit would still be in his system. I don't mean to sound like a dick, I just don't see how you can't grasp that. Mayweather doesn't start with the bitch request, Pac makes none, the fight takes place under normal athletic commission's rules just like EVERY OTHER FIGHT. GET IT NOW???

pac actually came with the shit first before floyd.. he wanted the ring to be a certain size,he wanted to pick the glove size and he wanted all that money per pound over.. And floyd and his camp agreed... All they asked in return was one thing a simple blood test from a cat with hella tattoos.. two weeks before the fight... I mean come on man real is real..

Couple quick thoughts. Mayweather obvioiusly had a great performance. Shane nearly got him down in the 2nd, probably the hardest floyd's every been hit, at least in a long ass time. People are saying shane ran out of gas after the second round, I disagree with that. Floyd made some adjustments and once he got shane's speed & timing down, it was all over for shane. Also, floyd was making shane pay every time he missed so shane became very hesitant to throw punches or combo's and you could tell he was second guessing himself the rest of the fight. He got beat mentally.

mayweather is a defensive guru. Most guys is boxing don't and cannot do the things he does. Lets not get started with all the grabbing/rolling around on the ground in MMA. goes both ways. If you want to see a brawl in boxing, don't watch mayweather. It always amazes me after a mayweather fight people complain and say it was boring. Have you guys seen maywather fight before? This fight in comparison was much more exciting then the way he usually fights. For the most part he stood right in front of shane but shane couldn't land.

This was the most impressed I've been by Floyd in a long, long time. Shane wasn't tired as much as he was confused and hesitant to get close (to get hit), and I think his confidence was shaken after he let Floyd off the hook and Floyd got his legs back, and then started to press the action.

Good performance.

CompuBox Stats: Mayweather-Mosley, Numbers Don't Lie

Another vintage performance by Floyd "Money" Mayweather, as he landed 208 of 477 (44%) total punches (17 landed, 39 thrown per round) to just 92 of 452 (20%- 7 landed, 37 thrown per round) for Shane Mosley. Opponents have landed just 17% of their total punches in Floyd’s last seven fights. To say Floyd made an adjustment after getting rocked in round two is an understatement- Mosley landed 13 power shots in round two- then just 29 the rest of the fight!!

Crazy weekend in Vegas!

We scored some pretty decent seats for the fight for pretty decent price.

Let me first say this. There were at least 500 empty seats that I saw, from where I was sitting in the arena. They were even offering COMPED tickets on Friday and Saturday for MGM guests, and I know there were a few hundred, maybe even thousand people who got to see the fight this way.

Undercard was ehh...Saul Alvarez at 19 looks to be someone to keep an eye on. That was a halfway decent fight.

As for the main event, I had a feeling and a few of you called it as well...that Mosley would just be looking for the big shot. He tagged Floyd hard in the 2nd but after that, only seemed interested in looking for that big right. Totally abandoned the game plan, which ultimately led to him getting his ass kicked.

All credit to Floyd, who put on a fucking masterful performance. I was thoroughly impressed, even though I'm one of the guys who thinks that too much stock was put into Mosley's last win against Margarito.

I think the 4-1 odds were on point. Shane had only a puncher's chance to win this fight.

Floyd's timing and spacing were just amazing, and he even showed glimpses of the Floyd who used to terrorize the lower weight divisions. I can honestly say that this guy is a fucking machine, and even though he doesn't produce the same type of fireworks that he used to...I have to respect and appreciate how great he is. (Don't get it twisted, I still think he's a fag)

Obviously, we all want to see Pacquiao-Mayweather next...and I'm hoping they can get it done, somehow...behind closed doors. Fuck the bullshit.

I didn't take too many pics cause I only had my Blackberry with me this weekend, forgot my fuckin cam like a moron. :dead:
