Nah Shane wont beat Mayweather for one simple reason maybe a couple. Floyd can punch affectively while moving forward, backwards, and to the side. Shane is more forward and his boxing ability is not as good as Mayweathers. The only way Shane can hang with Floyd is if his jab can provide him a little room to work off of. Inside fighting is a problem as well because Shane body puches are wide and not compact. With Floyd's positioning in that shell he will see that coming, pivot and counter. Floyd also posses that 6" knockout power, able to generate in small space. Mayweather's outside attack is from a further range as well as you see Shane unloads when his position is closer to his opponent. Floyd is on the ball of his toes ready. Shane is not known for counter punching so if he has to switch up to defense mode I think it will be all down hill from there. His best bet work the jab and hope he can over power Mayweather. One last problem for Shane is the fact that with taller opponents Floyd will jab you to the stomach constently as he did with Diego. He can do this from long range then feint you and go upstairs. When I was in the Gym I learned a lot by watching Floyd, James Toney, and Terry Norris (on tv). One thing Shane can count on is his stamina so he should always have a chance of hurting Floyd in the latter rounds.
