This comment below shows you the true character of a lost man. Manny is now saying he is willing to take the test all the way up till 2weeks before the fight. He claims he is doing it for the good of the sport and for a fare playing field. He never said that before in his previous fights about cleaning up the sport. So I ask any and everyone is this man sincere or full of shit? If you think he is sincere do you believe Floyd is full of shit when he was the first to say it? If Manny had said this during negotiation we the fans would have had this fight by now. Luckily both fighters made it through there next opponents with a victory. Manny needs Mayweather. Mayweather controls the sun, the moon, the waves in the ocean and the strings that make Manny dance. I think Pacquiao and his team are finlay starting to understand that. Let's listen in....

I dont think this is to "clean" the sport. He just doesnt wanna lose to a Juicing Manny. If you had a 41-0 record, you wouldnt face a possible performance enhancing drug user either. I would do everything I could to make sure if I lose its cuz he worked harder and fought better. Not because he took a shortcut that I didnt and couldnt take. I just hope this fight goes down. Gonna be a historic fight either way!

So what will happen is that there will be another private agency, like perhaps the one that's used by the NBA or NFL or even the Nevada State Athletics commission will conduct the random blood tests, and there will be a 14-17 day cutoff date.
This is what was discussed before. But this isn't OST.

Not sure why you would believe that since pac has passed 100% of his drug tests and was never suspected by anyone, at any time, of doing roids, until Floyd Mayweather sr. said "man, that boy must be on somethin." That's what started the whole thing.

Anyway, your video proved nothing about Pac. The guy even said in the video "I am NOT saying he is on steroids". Lol, so because Pac came out slow during one fight, and looked better the next, he must be on roids.....LMFAO!!! All the video showed was that certain boxers came out and admitted to roiding during their career, which is interesting, but really has nothing to do with Manny. Comparing giving blood samples to getting cut during a match, is a complete "fail".

Further, that video pretty faulty because the drug testing in the early 90's and prior were completely different then the drug testings done in today's boxing. For one, the advancement of the testing has improved vastly over the years, for two, just like in other sports, positive steroid tests had little penalties, if anything and often times were brushed aside or kept quite. That's not the case today.
