I live in north eastern FL and its not to bad at all. lots of women at the beach no matter where you at in this state. Rent isn't to bad as long as you know where to look. I know this hospital where im at is hiring quite a bit right now...Flagler hospital. I dunno if you can get into surfing but thats one helluva way to meet a lot of people and border line scene type girls. Good luck to you man.
Man, you mentioned a hospital and scene type girls...I really appreciate this post! lol. Thanks.

NE Florida, like Jacksonville area? I'm seeing job listings all over the state, I just hope it's not impacted like it is in CA. Man, there's new grad jobs out here that have like 800 people applying for 4 positions.

[E-40]It's heavy out here, boy, it's heavy.[/E-40]

D-Rose, I would just find a job at a nursing home or some shitty spot nearby. All you need is a year of experience in any type of nursing setting.

There are jobs available, but you have to have at least that one year in. Sounds cool to relocate, but there is NOWHERE in the United States where you'll be making as much as an RN than here.

Good luck though. Another thing is try to get into a hospital doing something else if you're gonna be waiting here anyways...so much easier to get a job, even as a new grad, if you have a foot in the door.

Dude, sadly even nursing homes aren't hiring new grads. It's so retarded. But I feel you on getting a different type of hospital job, I might try and find any sort of hospital job while continuing to hunt for an RN job in the process.
Thanks.
