You can only do up to 3 boxes ($15) per person. So unless you did yourself and someone else (separately) you will only get $15. It's not up to 3 boxes of each, they just want to know which ones you bought.

You should still get the $15 even though you did over the amount. They will just give you the highest amount you can get for the settlement. That happened to me with one of the other claims awhile back.
