So I got a email reply about me not receiving a Fitflop check. They said this.

"Thank you for your email. GCG has received the Claim, however, documentation is required to substantiate the claim and the claim is not currently approved.

WTF I only claimed 2 pairs. So does this mean the claim can be approved still?
