do they verify if you've had a netflix account or can anyone file a claim on that one? seems to be a pretty big lawsuit...would hate to miss out on it if it's anything like the visa prepaid card suit. i still slap myself when i think about that one. *slap*

The one for $1,485 was an 18 million dollar settlement, this one is like 27 million. Hopefully it will be a similar payout.
