dunno about ps2.... but on xbox its control 5 and you hold R trigger and use the joystick for haymakers....

I'm almost positive you cannot do haymakers when you change the config....why you dont like puncing with the joystick?

Nope you can't...I use the buttons (config 3) for punching and the joystick for haymakers...


I started using the joystick a little and noticed how much faster you can throw combos though...

anybody played it for the regular xbox?

It's ok on the regular Xbox.
Everything from the X360 version is there, except for the graphics.

I hate EA but this game is too dope to pass up.
I haven't stopped playing it since I got it for my X360, which is the best version of the game by far.

My only complain about this game is the Street Fighter 3 like parry system.
It's very unrealistic for a game that tries real hard to be realistic in terms of graphics.

Yeah man...the boxer selection is pretty weak...


They need to stop putting the OG's in there ! With all due respect to them....I would've liked to see more of today's better fighters...

I WISH they would combine both old school and new school together and have all the boxers but i know liscensing and shit is a bitch and theres hella diffrent boxing promoters.

The biggest disappointment though is the fact that they have a Light Heavyweight division, but with no Antonio Tarver?

played it 4 ps2... i like round 2 better. just seems like its only upgrade (if u can call it that) is that its slower gameplay
