Change your settings in the Online option on the Main Fifa menu.

Set it so it looks fir people to play who are out of your region.

For the homies on xbone switch your system setting to regional location in India. Keep your language English and all. Then restart your xbone and bam fifa points are like 50% cheaper than in the US.
