Well over 60 days ago I purchased and paid for a Face Forever CD. Here is a link to the auction.

I waited for almost 3 weeks and after nothing arrived I emailed Poosters. He said he never got a paypal email saying I paid, but he will send it out right away. I waited a few more weeks and emailed him again. This time he said he no longer has any for sale and to wait because he waiting for a shipment and will have more in stock soon. Its now been over 60 days and I've asked for a refund, but of course he won't give me one because he knows I can't file a claim with PayPal anymore. I just figured I would try and find him here before I go and leave him negative feedback. Does anyone have any info about this seller?

I had this same problem with him.he claimed that he didnt get that paypal message that i had paid but he shipped those cd"s to me but it took like 60 days from the payment.I have bought many times from him before and he has allways shipped fast and been really good seller so i am litlebit dispointed to hear that he did the same thing to u as well.I think that he sells more cd"s that he got"s in stock and thinks that it dosent matter if he ships them litle late.

Damn, I really hate to leave him bad feedback, especially to other rap sellers with a good reputation, but he just isn't responding anymore, I guess I have no choice. I was hoping he might post here so we can settle this another way... I guess I tried my best.
