I think Steve Young should be. He's my favorite qb of all time (yes my favorite over Aaron Brooks) LOL...

But I think he should be considering the fact that when he retired he was the number 1 rated passer of all time. Then we he got to the SuperBowl he threw 6 TD passes shattering the previous record. Steve Young was sick in my opinion. I used to love watching Steve Young play...

I think Manning will be a better qb than Favre, I'd say its a toss up between Montana and Manning just like alex said. I think Young was a great qb, but not top 5 of all time.....just like I hate Tom Brady but his numbers and wins (thanks to Bill Belicheat :cheeky make an excellent case for why he should be in the top 12
