They're considered black because they ARE black. When the slaves were taken to those islands and countries, they were forced by the Spaniards that took them there to speak Spanish. That was hundreds of years ago. Some of them to this day are pure African, and just speak Spanish. Some of them are mixed with the native indians, and some are mixed with the Spaniards. Just kuz they speak Spanish doesn't mean shit, they are just as African as other black people, it's just a language man. The Spaniards were blonde haired, blue eyed white man.... they just spoke Spanish. The native indians in these countries were dark to begin with. PRs, Cubans, DRs... they're all a mixture of the above mentioned races. But yeah, they're cultures take more after those of the native indians of wherever they're from, so they no longer have their African cultures. They speak Spanish kuz over hundreds of years that's the only language they know. There are even some black people in Mexico, and they're Mexican. Not nearly as many as those other countries, but you can find em there too. I can't believe you can be that ignorant, how old are you???
