Fillyacup is right. You need to level up. I killed him at around level 30 and even then I almost died. You can't give your weapons to the guard either. You gotta go guns blazing from the front of the Fort all the way to his tent killing everyone there is. And bring a companion so they take out some enemies too. Stock up on stimpaks, Med-X, and Psycho because his bodyguard in his tent have high-damage power fists.

It gets better man. U may want to look in the wiki and find out where some unique weapons that work for your character and then find them. Some weapons have bonuses that really make a difference.

I just read that the new dlc comes out July 19. It actually looks pretty fun u get to explore an old research facility and find out how some of the creatures in the wasteland were created. Sounds pretty sick. The dlc after this next one, lonesome road, sounds dope too.

Ya, they prolly had some glitches to fix. I'm cool with that. I remember they rushed out "the Pitt" and it was almost unplayable so I'd rather they take the time needed for a solid experience.

Speaking of glitch, I played honest hearts for a hour before I realized I accidentally murked the Indian dude that is supposed to greet u and start the quest lol

LMAO!!! I remember I saw someone on that rock and I kept shooting at him. I noticed he wasn't shooting back so I stopped and then saw that he was a good guy. Apparently it's a pretty common mistake to make.

lmao man I hate how they have boarders along this game so you can't climb most mountains and some areas are blocked off even though you need to get to the other side.

Oblivion let you climb anything and never blocked you off from exploring. (besides the ends of the map of course)

Bethesda is going to give Fallout: New Vegas fans a case of the blues next month. "Old World Blues," the third DLC pack for the game -- joining Dead Money and Honest Hearts -- arrives for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC on July 19. This new pack sees players trapped as subjects of a twisted science experiment. Also, as the screenshot above confirms, there will be robotic radscorpions. Yeah.

The days leading up to the DLC's release will see a title update issued for the game across all platforms that promises to improve stability in "major areas," along with performance increases. Bethesda says to expect a trailer for Old World Blues soon
