howd yall learn to hack
someone posted here a sweet as guide.

basically the word should have a symbol to the begining of it, the left. something like

# % & and that gives you something.

when you pick the wrong word it will say something like 4/7, which means 4 of the seven possible letters are correct. so just look for a 7 letter word that has the same 4 letters and it my be it. if not, wash and repeat

I got most of Mr. House's missions done before I decided to kill him. If you decide to go that path make sure you don't make the NCR hate you because they'll find out you're working with him against them.
no matter how much good things I do for the NCR, I can't get a good rep with them cuz some glitch, is 'unpredictable' good enough?

And you can get the Ranger armor by sniping the rangers at Camp Forlorn Hope. If you're far enough you won't lose karma or reputation.
Do they have to be 1 shot kill's? my characters accuracy is horrible even in V.A.T.S

I think Unpredictable is neutral so it shouldn't be bad. As long as you don't commit to working with the Legion, Yes Man, or Mr. House, the NCR won't try to kill you.

If you don't kill them in 1 shot they'll turn hostile and try to kill you, but if your companion takes them out you won't lose karma or reputation. That won't be bad as long as there isn't a group of them trying to kill you.

I got a question, how does strength work as far as big weapons and power armor. If you have say a 5 in strength, but you want to use a missle launcher, does it just make it less effective and if so by how much? Is strength basically replacing the "big guns" skill from fallout 3?

Strength modifies your carry weight, melee damage, and accuracy for ranged weapons. Power armor doesn't require a certain strength level, it just increases your strength. If you use large weapons but don't meet the strength requirement you just won't be as accurate but it doesn't affect the weapon's damage unless it's melee. I don't know exactly how inaccurate you'll be if you don't meet the strength requirement. And Big Guns from Fallout 3 was just merged with guns, energy weapons, and explosives in New Vegas.
