Yea, thats true from what ive seen, as for most Nortenos hating white ppl, im white and i grew up In a norteno neighborhood ( Rolison Rd In Redwood City), i aint had no1 hate on me,I kick it with nortenos all the time, but i have seen scraps hate on black people.
