Credit unions are great when you're just cashing a payroll check.

Try and do something that isnt A->B, like cashing an international check. Then they want 90$s + any fees from the company that actually DOES the currency conversion.

Cost@BofA? Free.

I've never really noticed because I usually transfer my money to my checking account right away, but does anyone know if paypal charges a fee if you just let your money sit in the paypal account? I know they charge a transfer fee. Also does anyone have the paypal debit card? I was gonna get one of them, but I think they charge you when you use it.

theres a lot of ways to get your accounts free still
either via 1) direct deposit 2) automatic transfer between accounts 3) min balance.
