Amazing. Some of you are COMPLETELY missing the point. It should be clear to anyone with a brain that in this case, the police officer completely abused his power. But then again, this is the siccness and half of you have the mental capacity of a chimpanzee.

Refusing to sign a speeding ticket is a pretty fucking silly excuse to TAZER a pregnant woman and place her under arrest.

Being that this is an “underground Gangsta rap” forum, it’s amazing the amount of police sympathizers that post here.

i dont see why people try to give cops so much shit, the guy was doing his job...
Hmm, I wasn't aware that Tasing pregnant women for refusing to sign speeding tickets is in the job description for police officers.

LOL@giving the police too much shit! Are you kidding me? The amount of police brutality that occurs in Amerika is sickening and you're saying we give the police too much shit? But, then again, police are oppressive by nature. Always have been and always will be. The entire system we live in is oppressive- the police, the army, the judicial system, the courts, the prisons, etc. It is an oppressive apparatus and the police are a part of it.

We also have the right to say whatever we want to the police. We can say "fuck you" or "your wife is a slut" or whatever and they are SUPPOSED to be proffesionals and not abuse their powers.

.
Are you 100% sure about this?I coulda sworn you have limitations on what can be said and what cant...

True...but all they are sayin is...if she signed the fuckin ticket...it would have all been avoided...thats all muthafuckas are sayin...i dont agree with what he did...at ALL...but what would have happened if she signed?NOTHING.She COULD have taken it to court in 3 months and got it removed.....

We know you hate the cops Sixx...i dont have a real nice place in MY heart for them either...ive been through some real BS with the "Men In Blue"....but when i think back..in SOME of those cases...if had just cooperated and didnt put up such a fuss....i could have avoided some lengthy confrontations...and the best part is....the cops NO alotta cats dont like em...especially us...the "X" and "Y" generations...everyone gotta damn chip on the shoulders...and theres not relly much we can do about but brush it off our shoulders....plain & simple....YES LIFE IS A BITCH....ive accepted this fact....all i can do is try and make my life as easy going as possible...the world and its faults will NEVER change for the better....oh well.... :dead:

Sounds like SHE had no regard for her unborn child....If she DID, as soon as she saw the taser she would have chosen that option as opposed to arguing....Just my 2 cents....Not sayin what happened was "right" but she doesn't sound like the brightest bulb either...

speeding with a child in the car is bad, speeding with an unborn child in the car is HORRIBLE...people always blow things out of proportion, i can almost guarantee she did something more than the article says...it says right there by your avatar "resistance" which shows you have no regards for the law...im training to be a cop which is probably why i see this a whole lot differently than you but to say i have the "mind capacity of a chimp" just shows how ignorant you are...they give you MANY warnings before they just tase you

Speeding in a car = bad.

Pregnant woman tasered by police = a lot fucking worse.

You're correct; I don't like the police. Excellent job figuring that one out Sherlock.

Good luck being a snitch. I hope your police brutality goes nice and smooth.

You're as in You Are. I don't own one of the most ignorant people. That's a free lesson. Next time you call someone ignorant, at least try to appear intelligent.

This brings up a great point, but at the same time I feel that it shouldn't of ever reached that level. The cop's over-inflated ego and abuse of power is what caused this. He violated her rights and assaulted her because she didn't want to sign a speeding ticket?

Brooks said she was worried about the effect the trauma and the Taser might have on her baby, but she delivered a healthy girl Jan. 31.
^^^ well she wasnt that worried as they warned her and showed her and let her hear the cracks from the taser before giving her 1 final warning and then tasering her.

she wasnt too worried about her baby when they told her to get out of the car or better yet to sign the ticket

Pregnant woman 'Tasered' by police is convicted

By HECTOR CASTRO
SEATTLE POST-INTELLIGENCER REPORTER

Tuesday, May 10, 2005

Brooks testified she didn't even know what it was when Jones showed it to her and pulled the trigger, allowing her to hear the crackle of 50,000 volts of electricity. The officers testified that was meant as a final warning, as a way to demonstrate the device was painful and that Brooks should comply with their orders..
if she didnt know what was going to happen she must have been retarded

Wow, how shocking! Mcleanhatch once again comes to the defense of the police!!

First off, you’re basing your entire argument strictly on what the police officer said.

Secondly, IT DOESN’T MATTER IF HE GAVE HER WARNINGS OR NOT, THE POINT IS HE SENT 50,000 VOLTS THROUGH A PREGNANT WOMANS BODY.

im am not saying they didnt overreact or what they did was right. i think that mistakes were made on both sides. the woman was by no means innocent
