My friend's dad owns Mean Pig BBQ in Cabot, Ar. and they use the Ghost Pepper in their "Shut Up Juice" sauce for their BBQ.

You can check out Adam trying to eat one on Man vs. Food. It was an episode back in November 2009, I think.

I tried the 911 sauce years ago before they were known for their hot sauces and it was tough. Buddy stood over me as I ate it and made fun of me for sweating so much. lol

The SHut Up Juice is no joke. It burnt the lining of my cousin's stomach and he had to go to the ER after he tried eating the sandwich.
