i eat something small every two hours, but not right before i go to sleep, and not before i run in the morning, then i just grab 20 pound dumb bells, curl them till i cant anymore, making sure the number is equal on each arm, then i wait 30 seconds, then do half that, wait 30 seconds and do half that, till the number cant be divided in two anymore, do pushups till i cant anymore, roll over, do sit ups till i cant anymore, roll over, do pushups till i cant roll over do sit ups till i cant, etc.... and that it, the workout takes like 10 minutes, i only run like half mile, so that takes 5 mins if i pace myself, i do these combined twice a day, before i eat in the morning, and after ive eaten for the last time at night

I've always heard the opposite, that if you eat raw eggs you're not getting any of the protein.. you're supposed to cook em.

Yeah i read in flex magizine that its not good to eat raw eggs i forgot what issue tho you could get salmonella and all that good stuff i used to eat like six cooked egg whites with pace picante sauce and some turkey bacon that is a bomb breakfast

Fruits and Vegetables (but not Potatoes and Bananas), all day, every day. It costs a lot, but its worth it. Start with the familiar: apples and oranges. Grapes are good because you can snack on them a few at a time while working, intertubing, etc. Strawberries are always good. Anything but Bananas, Applesauce or Canned Fruit is basically good. -- Have some tree nuts/legumes as well. Your only major sources of Sugar should be in fruit, Carbs overall in whole grains.

Eat good enough, and you won't need protein powders or the other bullshit. You don't have to choke down cottage cheese to put on muscle--just eat lean meats, eggs, cheese, beans, and all the other quality protein sources.

As for the gym......I work for UPS, i don't need no damn gym membership.

.

its also funny how much you can eat when you eat clean , question why would you stay away from patatoes or bannanas?

whey protien is great for before during and after training sessions because it is fast absorbing add some carbs along with , fish oils are dope.
