LIKE AT WUT TIME OF THE DAY ,...DO U GET MORE RESULTS IF U WORK OUT ONLY CERTAIN HOURS OF THE DAY?.....LIST SUM TIPS OR INFO OR IF U GOT A EATIN AND WORKOUT ROUTINE,OR IF U KNOW OF ANY! ..I JUST WONDER IF IT ALL COUNTS CUZ U KNOW HOW THEY SAY U SHOULDNT EAT AFTER A CERTAIN TIME?...SO I FIGURE ID ASK YA'LL......WUDDITTDOO?!

Eat in between your workouts, not before or after. If you eat before you will become sluggish during your workout if you eat after you could become naughish. Also you should eat more than 3 times a day like 5 or 6 just less amounts, that way your body is always burning the fuel. And if your eating healthy everyday of the week give yourself a break once a week and eat something you like. I don't do any of this because this stuff is hard to do, especially in america but stick to it homie.

The optimal time to exercise is at exactly 3:26 am, I just got back from the gym. This is supposed to be the deepest hour of sleep, but if you exercise then you're skipping all that wasted body resting time. You can do this for every day except Sunday morning. The best food is raw steak and and raw eggs. I usually mix mine up in a shake. If you cook the steak you're killing off all the protein. Same with the eggs.

MY EATING AND WORKOUT PATTERN IS FUCKED UP CUZ MOST OF THE TIME I'LL BE UP FOR A COUPLE DAYS AT A TIME, THEN TAKE LITTLE NAPS THE NEXT DAY AND EVERYTHING JUST GETS MIXED UP. EVEN WITHOUT REST I BE LIFTING WEIGHTS MONDAYS, TUESDAYS, THURSDAYS, AND FRIDAYS. NO SPECIFIC TIME, WHENEVER IM AWAKE AND GOT A MOMENT TO DO IT. MY BODY IS PROBABLY CONFUSED AS FUCK

depends what your goal is and what body type you got.. ectomorph, endomorph, mesomorph. im a mesomorph.. so i lift weights and i can easily build muscle and lose fat.. but im still doing strenght training because its even easier to lose body fat while building muscle.

my eating schedule looks something like this..between 7-8 am i eat breakfast.. usually scrambled eggs, oats and bananas, or omelets with veggies.. at 10am i have a snack.. some quark, fruits.. at 1 pm i have lunch.. something like a can of tuna, at 4pm i have a snack.. mackerel, brown rice, apple, at 6-7pm is dinner time. meat, veggies, brown rice, potatoes n veggies. then at 10pm i have my last snack.. cottage cheese, berries, flax seeds or fish oil. then i either go to sleep somewhere around 11 or 12.. OR i go to the gym at 11 then come home and shower and sleep at 12. Or you can go to the gym around 3 with this schedule.

make sure ur last meal or snack is no later than 3 hrs prior to going to sleep.

drink lots of water.

seriously though, I remember this older guy used to also come in the gym drunk and wearing jeans. He'd just take off his shirt, stumblin around, and workout drunk as fuck. comedy

I woke up at 2 in the morning today, and worked out until 3:30...
I keep dumbbells in my bed, so when I wake up I'll just do some light arm workouts.
Whenever I'm in the room doing nothing, just pick up the dumbbells and go.

As far as eating... just eat after you workout, make sure you get some protein.. or a better alternative to eating is probably drinking some muscle milk, then waiting to eat later.

for sho.. you can eat some grilled chicken cutlets, some Arugala with Oil and Vinegar. The best way ive learned is to prepare food that you can have around for a few days and just heat it up and go. i just bought some flax seeds to add to my meals and also bought some fish oil pills and shark cartlidge for joints.

lol not getting enough sleep = you not really gaining anything from it.. you need rest to let your muscles heal.. also less sleep = more risk for diseases and shit.. i think i was reading somewhere that this is something that is linked to heart disease.

wuts sum good food to prepare to have around to heat up and go like that?!...wut do you usually make?!....if u can hook up like a list of wut foods to get and wut to eat and wut not to get and not eat,that would be dope!?!....and how many times a day should one work out?...and should it be at a certain hour?.....or does it even matter?

I've always heard the opposite, that if you eat raw eggs you're not getting any of the protein.. you're supposed to cook em.
