40 Water has been in the game for decades and has already sold millions, so I doubt there are any big breaks left....Collaborating with artists from other genres of music won't help him sell anymore albums or gain him anymore fans....He's still a solid rapper but it might be time to find another hustle.....
Yeah and even less likely the average Travis Barker listener would go get up on game with E-40 albums. If it couldn't be done with Tupac it won't happen with this album. Most people just don't like E-40's style straight up. I mean you say we're B.A.R.T'd out but you're convinced 40 will be gaining a bunch of fans off this lol.

0R0: wtf are talkin about? im convinced? thanks for letting me know that im convinced, cus i wasnt aware of that.......this board is really really shallow......i re-read my shit and i never said he will gain a bunch of fans, but this is his biggest project, never fuckin mind the name Travis fuckin Barker, and 2Pac is fuckin errelevant and a whole different kind of project....i said i hope 40 comes raw, cus thats the fuckin theory, to gain more fans....didnt say he will get fans, didnt even say he will come dope........didnt say the album will sell millions, thats not the fuckin point....the point is exposure due to the diversity, hopefully he can parlay it.......being the biggest rapper in the bay isnt saying much (relatively) unless your registered on this board.....
im pretty sure 40 didnt hop on this project hoping to stay at the level he's at, but this board thinks he's big enough and thats aaaaall that really matters.......

foul mouth you make a couple valid points but your perception of 40's career (and its current state) is waaaaay off. not to mention your perception of the current state of the rap game/music business. my advice: change the title to more accurately reflect what you're trying to convey or delete the thread.

you guys are puttin waaaaaaaaay god damn much on the title, Travis Barker, and 2Pac......all the sudden a title of a thread plays such a significant role in a discussion beyond the actual core.......40's not gonna blow up and sell 17 million albums from this....no fuckin shit. thats not the point.......
