This album isnt shitty. Its better then ( charlie hustle, loyalty, grit n grind, breaking news, my ghetto report card)

IMO Quin album is alot better
I agree it's better than Loyalty...

Grit N Grind, Breaking News, and My Gheto Report... I could argue either way... those ones are all pretty equal IMO... along with this album

now Charlie Hustle... I dunno about that... that album was my shit back int he day

Did I ever say he hasn't changed???

no... I said he hasn't DECLINED

there's a difference.. IMO good artists can change and evolve with the times while still making good music

and I don't wanna hear the argument about him doing songs with akon and t-pain... he has 2 mainstream type songs with them on the album... and the songs aren't thaaat bad IMO... some cool songs to switch to when the beezies are around

and as far as me listenin to his early music... I've been bumpin 40 since like '96... I got all his albums... listen to and enjoy all of them

if you don't like it... I guess that's fine... just don't imply that I'm some new fan of bay area rap who started listening to 40 when Tell Me When To Go came out

and also... most people here on the siccness seem to think the album is dope... and I think MOST of those people have probaly been bumpin 40 for a minute now

and yes my sig is funny. right on
i was being facetious, as i understand people are gonna like this new shit. i guess its just me, i dont bump music for "beezies" as i hear enough of the bullshit they like anyway. he just sold out, simple as that. but i cant fault him (i guess) for trying to get that paper. oh and i dont trust many people's opinions on here anyway.

Well I haven't heard the album but I've heard 3 songs so far. The song with Akon is garbage and the song with Shawty Lo is garbage as well. "Got Rich Twice" is aight... from the songs I've heard it sounds weak.

His last albums were cool but I think he has been on the decline... he's not coming up with anything new these days (back in the day I couldn't wait to hear something "new" from 40).

I guess I'll wait until I hear this album but from the features it doesn't look like it's going to be a good album.

I heard that. But I wont go as far as to say he sold out, because the point of the music business is to sell records. You gotta make records that 12 year old white girls are gonna like or you aint sellin shit nowadays. Thats fine but if he puts out a bullshit record, then its just a bullshit record simple and plain. Im not a 12 year old white girl, what can I say?

I agree about this being an uninspired album... it sounds like MGRC part 2.... the beats slap hard, and 40 got spitz... just a good maintstream album.

A lot of the beats, seem like they used the same synths on mgrc.... and to much singing on the hooks

I somewhat agree with XxtraManish in the fact that the album is sort of boring. It certainly has the hyped up sound to it, which I think Lil Jon (Prod 8 tracks) captured to a tee. At some points the beats were so repetitive that I felt like I was almost fallin into a trance LOL. On the other hand, they definitely hit hard; if you got a system, in the words of Turf Talk, "It's Ah Slumper!"....It's a similar album to My Ghetto Report Card production wise, but I think his lyrics are crazy on this joint....all in all, it's an instant cop....

LOL...don't act like he hasn't been declining since Breakin News. This is the worst album of his career, hands down, no question. There's nothing special or even solid about it at all. Its just a boring, uninspired record.
ur fuckin stupid . shits classic , his best cd since charlie hustle. ur probably one of them dudes who started liking mac dre after he died so then started hatin on 40 like the rest of these pill poppin sperm eatin queers. change ur name u aint manish, xxtragay
