Two different rappers. B-Legit has less haters, E-40 has more sales, more popularity cause he's always coming fresh and new, B-Legit to me is one of my favorites, still one of the most underrated rappers on the planet, he's a true BO$$, E-40-plain and simple-The #1 Game Spitter of all time!!!E-40 is up there with Eminem with lyrics, my opinion.....
