You can have it reduced to wet and reckless and wont go on your record as a DUI but it comes down to how much money you want to spend to keep that shit as low as possible

^ right on I'll peep it.. but supposibly a lawyer can reduce tha suspension to 4months with 3 being restrictions for 1300$ and thats total including court fee.. so Ima see wasup wit that..... fuk tha law

wen i got a DUI back in 2002 i had a lawyer but he didnt help the DUI charge at all i hade other charges also but he had told me the DUI is very hard to fight the best probly will be getn the DUI dropped to a wet wreckless n thats better then a fukn DUI. that shit total cost me like 3g's after the fines n all dat bull shit. GOOD LUCK HOMEBOY

save ur $$$$ bro i got 2 DUI. if its ur 1st DUI most likely theyll drop it to a WET depending on ur BAC level. when u go to court they might offer u a WET right out the gate. if they do take that deal cuz thats as good as it gets. the money u save on ur lawyer use that for ur fines N DUI class cuz that shits expesive!!!

itz all in the BAC level i got .19 wen i wuz 18 thay gave me a d.u.i i culd of had 2 d.u.i but the pork chop gave me a little BREAK and just charge me wit G.T.A HAHAHA

I been goin to court for tha 1st one and it still hasn't came up.. now I just got my 2nd one tha other nite... fuck boys are hot this year.. its all catching up to me... no more drinking and driving at all for me

I feel it... Im not gonna be a bitch about it.. Im still young and you only live once feel me.. no ones perfect I just happen to get cuaght slippin at tha wrong times lately.. but yup I heard they cant get me for violation of probation because they still havent brough my 1st case up.. so the most they will prob do is a few months of classes and prob 2 year suspension.. but shit Im bout to be payin bread for the fees... hopefully years down the road I'll get some good karma and make up all that money back
