ever since i was first put up on bay area music like 7,8 years ago i thought 40's sound was whack. i aint taking sides and i dont worship MD like most all yall but 40 is takin dre's trademarks and runnin with that shit. if he gonna do that he better mention the mans name everytime he puts on that weak ass thizz face. out of all the people to put "the bay on the map" i dont understand how 40 did. MD should be the one gettin the tv and radio play cuz he the only person who did what he did and did that shit raw. i would rather see keak or mess expose the bay, some real rappers. e40 makes gay ass music and droop e should drop a solo with haji springer as long as they dont fight over who gets crowned worst lyricist of california. i wouldnt take a e40 cd if it was free unless it had a recipe so i can exchange it for some real shit, cuz right now he got two left shoes on and he should retire while his shit still sells. this my opinion.

Hyphy is a lifestyle that the music comes out of. People on here think mone and sales are the most important thing to an artist and forgot what this shit was all about the lifestyle. Some people reay do ghostride some people really do gig and turf dance some people really go to side shows at 3 azm. that is why some people take this shit so serious because you would never want someone who has never been on your block to act as if they be on the turf and represent it to the world it to the world, especially if you guys never ever liked each other. If a rapper from new york claimed to be apart of the hyphy movement yall would lynch him, and he might really be at the side shows if a grad-school student started making gangsta music how would it be received. This more than just songs its a lifestyle and Mac Dre lived it Dubee and Little Bruce live it.

anyways, dubee and little bruce aint doin this for a publicity stunt, so scratch that off. 40 wasnt really shit the last several years til 'tell me when to go'. he wasnt doin this hyphy shit. sure he rapped on hyphy, but he still didnt really have that hyphy lifestyle in his raps like dre had. And still half of you dumbasses dont know that this whole hyphy swagger came from dre (becuase 75 % of you just started listenin to bay rap since 2004) i dont give a fuck what yall say, mac dre started this whole thing. you fools need to recognize that. i give credit to 40 for giving the bay some more shine though.. and for you niggas sayin 40 better cuz he had more sells and that 40 is nationally known, like lil ripper said, he was signed to a major and didnt really blow up. Now hes blowin up cuz of somethin mac dre started, a person he wasnt really that coo wit throughout his career. oh yea, dubee was one of dres closest homies.. i forgot that most of yall aint been listenin to bay shit for more than a year and a half so maybe thats why yall hatin on dubee too. everybody that bumps 'been' bumpin mac dre knows that.
