Exactly, the whole Bay had been on his style since his death. All 40 did was help get the Bay a little national attention. This shit is all bad. I can't stand rap.

40 been doing "hyphy" music with the creator of the Hyphy sound, Rick Rock, for years. Rick Rock formulated the hyphy sound on 40 and Keak's albums, BEFORE The Federation was even a group. 40 and Keak were the first "hyphy" rappers.

Mac Dre was a character and created a lot of shit, but he used just as much from 40 as 40 is using from him now.

Mac Dre was a legend and one of the best ever from the Bay, but yall just puttin waaaay too much on it. Dre didn't create hyphy, he didn't create stunnas...he created funny dances, funny names and Thizzles.

People been saying hyphy and getting hyphy, wearing and calling them "stunnas", and doing funny dances since before Mac Dre was released from jail. Check 40 in the "I Got Five On It" video doing his lil gig...

I love Mac Dre, but he is credited with a lot of shit he didn't create...
