first few listens, it sounds like some grown up music. I don't know how old beez (prolly about my age) is but it definitely sounds like someone whos become comfortable in maturity and isnt all about the same style he once had..i get what you meant when you asked if rapping matters...i dont mean that in a offensive way but i think there was maybe a gameplan in where you wanted to take the direction of this album..like maybe you werent trying to stress your style as hard as you were on the junkeez albums... I think that it was a step in the right direction and itll be a good summer album.

id say its a good album for the car, cruising on weekends...shit like that....alot of the shit seemed to be dealing with grown man issues kinda on some jayz black album shit...there was even a song that reminded me of some neptune shit...then the dangelo piano loop on the other song...to me it was a step in the mainstream direction.

maybe thats what san diego needs.

and i ususally haaaaaaaaaaaaaate rap songs with guitars/rock but track 8 is a hot single to me...that screw shit on the chorus was tight

all in all i think it was a good album, i appreciate it because im around that same age level

I'm fucking with it too. There were 3 songs i wasn't feeling. The ones that said the bat cave and theres one at the end that has a female with a auto tuned voice.

The bat cave ones sounded dated IMO and that auto tuned female just has a voice that erks me. I actually like the song its just her voice that kills it for me.

But all around a good album thats getting play time in the whip.

GASS!!! GOOD LOOKIN ON THE CRITIQUE, I VALUE THAT. THERE WAS NOT REALLY A GAME PLAN OR A STYLE CHANGE ON THIS ALBUM, I JUST TRY TO MAKE THE MUSIC I LIKE TO HEAR AND I TRY TO MAKE MUSIC LIKE I'M ON ALREADY, MAINSTREAMISH, COULD BE TRUE... CAUSE AT THE END OF THE DAY THATS WHAT THE GOAL IS AND I THOUGHT THE MARY JANE JUNKEEZ HAD MAINSTREAM APPEAL. AND WIT THE GROWN MAN THING THATS, I GUESS, UNCONCIOSLY TRUE CAUSE SHIT A NIGGA MUCH MORE GROWN THAN ON THE JUNKEE PROJECTS AND I DO HAVE THAT SONG FEAT. BOSSMAN HOGG "ALL GROWN" (ONE OF MY PERSONAL FAVORITES)

GOOD LOOKIN ON THE REVEIW AND THE SUPPORT THOUGH
