yea i had some dreads for about 3 years, i started mine when they were 4 inches... took about a good year and a half untill they atchually looked real good... alotta people think they are easy to maintain but they are really needy... atleast mine were, i had to give them attention everyday... like dude said just keep rolling em' and twisting them... i ended up cuttin' mine off, i kind of regret it sometimes because i had them for so long and it was such a process to get them where i had them but then again fuck it...

and e40 cut his already??? he didnt have his that long at all
