I agree with most, of what's been said. I think it's solid.

BUT

Where the fuck is Eminem and Dr. Dre? They were announced to be on the album? Did Dre just get Drake to do a song for the mythical Detox that'll never surface? Why do they announce guests.. ESPECIALLY big names like that and fuck it off with NO explanation?

IDK.. I think Drake's "Fear" was better than most of the album..

And TI killed his verse.

Peace

^How is rap dead?

There are plenty of artists out there putting out exceptional music. Because a lot of people (radio audiences) listen to one artist (that you consider bad) = rap is dead?

No, I don't really listen to drake. I was just talking in general, do you really feel rap is dead?
it never was, it's just that the good rap wasnt in the mainstream and for the most still isnt. atleast theres more good artist right now pushin in the mainstream than there was a lil while ago. and Drake sucks balls and this album is trash.

Yeah I agree, rap is definitely not/has never been dead. I think that Pop music has transformed over the years, and now incorporates features from Rap. And now people are confused into thinking that what they hear on the radio is "rap" when it is actually just "pop" music. I equate Drake (and most radio artists) to the backstreetboys or nsync, they're just present day pop artists for the little kids, not for grown folk. It does suck that Rap music is no longer on the radio, like it was in the 90's, but that has a lot to do with corporate America and things we as fans can't control. But we can control what we chose to listen to, and I've found plenty of great rap being released every year, without the help of radio.

ain't feelin it.

I'm feeling Brotha Lynch Hung way more...

This guy is like an overrated Mase , he reminds me of mase but voice a little more annoying.

But he's a little better than Lil Wayne... a little
