There's free Avast! and there's pro.
the free one you have to just register in a number of days. meaning, give email, etc. that's it. for the professional avast!, you can probably grab a serial @ www.serials.ws
or grab a keygen

I would think so, I haven't used UTorrent. It's what I've started downloading torrents with, haven't used anything else.

On the home page, you got your downloads and uploads.They also show highly rated content, and new trailers, etc.

Browse content, self explanatory.

I would recommend Azureus over anything, but it's your choice.
