In my opinion to all of this...
-Swick, we need criticism like that in order for Trajik to grow with his music... When he hears stuff like that, he would more than likely tend to curve his music to appeal to more than just one audience. Now personally, I haven't recieved any because on, nothings really on wax, and two I consider myself a pretty good jusde when it comes to someone being well rounded, and also having that ear for what's good, and three sitting back and reading this stuff and letting it rub off on me so whenever something drops, it will be more appealing, and sonce we all like a twist in our music, because of course we all like Tech's music, then I dig deep into my "own" creative side and try that road, instead of following what other people are doing, and in the end, a good product before all the criticism and when it is then criticized, there wont be as much to learn, so thanks Swick for the reviews...
-Heat, I know that you are breaking your back with trying to get that shit off the ground bigger than it is, and it's working, and when you read the reviews and how people take it, it's all good to you and that's cool, sort of like everyone adding their two cents and it's making a difference. Now there are some things that I would like to see Trajik change about his music, but I wont say because it's not my place to do that, but then again it owuld only appeal to my taste. But me, being me, I honestly think that it would make for a better album the next time around. Sort of like leading us into something we haven't heard before...
I see albums all on the front page of Siccness.Net and other sites and post card flyers and everything, that are just sitting there and will more than likely go unheard, and no one wants to buy them, so that makes me try to figure out what to do to make that not happen to me. Everyone does this and everyone does that and is doing the same thing, so it might take hitting every board up with a free full album snippets in Mp3 instead of 3 or 4 tracks, but instead giving the full direction and feel of the album, ya never know what might work, but when it's done, HARD networking is going to take place. But criticism is where it starts and accepting it is the first step to pleasing not everyone, but more that some. I sure as hell dont want to fall in to that dark pit with all of the rest of the people I see dropping albums left and right... 70 Mile, do what you do homies, make sure its the right thing, and get that money.... Fuck it...
