mexico just likes to act as if that isnt true.....but its whatever...i wrote a long ass thing about that in the southern cali forum a while back
but yeah, its the same with haitians, they might speak french but at no point will you not be calling them black, not only thats what they are, thats what they relate to, because technically the island people and the blacks deal with the same struggles due to our skin color.
but beyond that, yeah, theres african blood in almost all the island states besides mabe hawaii but thats a geography reason
