i was never told not to murder. i was never told not to rape. i was never told not to rob people. maybe if we told kids that from elementary school and on, it won't happen. i take a legal studies class and that class shows me the penalties for different crimes. if some of these people that committed crimes knew the penalties for their crimes, i bet it would deter them.
and it's worth a try. capital punishment is used to deter people away from crime and that hasn't worked. so it's not like trying something new is gonna hurt us.

maybe but our kids are having a hard enough time passing class right now. and by taking away from that little time they have to teach things that should be innate would only take away presious learning time.
but hey i got nothing agaisnt giving it a try but they might have to make the school day maybe? a half hour longer to make up for the lost time.
