BUT if you want a fast buick try fucking with a GNX. They'll smoke you and if handled correctly your M3. They run 1/4 miles in 13 seconds. Which is just what an M3 will run it at. Not bad for a 20 year old car. So like I said, step your game up.

ok if your such a smart guy and obviously stepped your your own game up...most "rice rockets" dont come 127hp stock they are all now at least 200...learn some facts before you talk...and a 77 datsun 240 runs 13's as well...not bad for a 30 year old "rice rocket"...and a 81 datsun 280zx turbo runs 12's....so you need keep walking up them steps

Well, unlike a certain idiot who miscontrues everything said to them (that's you by the way, wouldn't want you thinking I said "A" when I really said "B.") I do know my facts. Refute ONE thing I have previously said. You can't because they are all facts minus my opinion, which is backed by numbers, as to what the 'quintissential' ricer is.
And this proves what? The only reason I gave you numbers was to prove a point about Buicks.
But if you want I can give you tons of muscle cars from the 60's-70's which are older than both your cars, weigh more, are less aerodynamic and will still smoke them both without upgrades or slicks. And if you want we can even talk about newer production cars that will go 0-60 in about 3.5 seconds (and some which claim to do it in even less). So like i said before...step your game up.

I gave you the specs for a certain car, I NEVER made the claim that it was true for all ricers because that would be impossible and even grammatically I worded it so that any one who could read would know that I did not mean every ricer has a 127hp engine.
But back on point: I gave you the specs for a CIVIC EX. And the Si DOES give you a 160HP raiting but it's NOT an EX. So why bother mentioning it like I was wrong?
The EX had the D16Y8 engine. That engine had a HP rating of 127

Scrappers aren't just "4 door buicks." THAT was my point. They're mostly big body cars that people fuck up but they aren't all grandma cars. They could be coupes or sport engine equipped cars.
