I'm a Gigantes fan and we aint doin well, but the real fact of the matter is no matter who wins the WEST, all the other division champs including the wild card in the NL will kick the shit out the west champs anyway...i mean be real and not just a team fan, any team that barely is over .500 and wins their division fuckin sucks and that goes from SD-LA-SF-AZ, we cant compete with anyone in our own league let alone the american league....its too bad cause i really think that the west has some talent, just not enough..........real talk

obviously the mets are the best in the league, but IMO the next best teams are all in the West (LA, SD, SF, and then the Phillies in the East). anything can happen in the playoffs...

thats pretty much my feeling also. all the west teams beating each other up could be decieving.

and i am not saying this as a Dodger fan, but i honestly think that LA is more talented then the rest of the West.

LA has it all. good starting pitching, good bullpen, great young talent, great veteran talent, tons of speed, defense, good coaching, only place they are short on is power

im not trying to be cocky, but if we play like i know we can, we have a good chance to gain a really nice lead in this division over the next 2 weeks. we have 3 against the Cubs (should be a sweep or 2/3), 4 against SD (at home with our 4 best pitchers), 3 against PIT (we own them), 3 against AZ (at home...we can sweep that or at least win 2/3), and then 3 more against COL (and we own them too)...

i don't think the last series in SF is going to have as much importance as some people think. but of course you never know.

but anyway...here's to hoping the giants beat the pads today
