Do you tip the pizza delivery person?

So just because the pizza man made minimum wage I'm supposed to take it upon myself to make sure he gets paid more? Nobody tipped my ass when I worked for minimum. Plus the delivery charges be like 4-5 bucks. Sorry pizza man, I prolly woulda tipped you but your employer stole it from you. Shit the pizza and the delivery charge is already around $23. Add another 4-5 for the tip and you just paid damn near $30 for a fuckin pizza thats half way cold anyway.
BASICALLY ITS A SERVICE JOB. AND WHEN PEOPLE PROVIDE U WITH DIRECT PERSONAL SERVICE THE STAUS QUO IS TO TIP SAID PERSON BASED ON PERFORMANCE.. BECAUSE THEY ARE PROVIDING U WITH PERSONAL ASSISTANCE LIKE DOORMEN OR BAGGAGE HANDLERS.. VERY DIFFERENT FROM MCDONALDS AND TACO BELLS WERE THEY ARE JUST A PART OF A MACHINE...THAT IS MINDLESSLY PROCESSING ORDERS..
THESE DELIVERY MEN ARE TRUSTED WITH YOUR FOOD IN THEIR PRIVATE POSSESSION AND CAN DO WHAT THEY WANT WITH IT BECAUSE NO ONE IS AROUND TO SAY DIFFERENT ..NOW IF U DONT TRUST DELIVERY MEN AND THINK THEY JIZZ IN YOU PIZZA. cuzz thats were i got the concept from. my parents and other adults.. one time i kept the change ( i was 13)and told my pops .. and pops was a lil heated .. im just wonder what your experiances were.....
