you are already experiencing death while living. sleep is the cousin of death. when you bust a nut, that is a form of death, the french call it "the little death".
why do you think when you bust a nut, it feels like you in a coma, you can hear everything around you, but you cannot respond - im just thinking that this is one of the initial stages of death mentally, besides your body turning blue physically.
your cells in your body are dying off as we speak, but it happens so fast you may not see it. however your body is reproducing new cells to replace the cells that died off.
therefore, every second you are half-dead and half-alive, whether you like it or not.
and as you get older, your body is more dead than it is alive. look at genetics and you will see why this happens for a reason.
im studying up on entropy, the 2nd law of thermodynamics, and there is no way out of it. you can prevent death from happening slowly like susan sommers and jack lalaine, but there is only so much you can do. you just cant violate entropy, it's a law.
just have acceptance that it will happen and you will be at peace with yourself from now till you pass. once you can do this, you dont have to think about it and dwell on it as much, and you can enjoy living life to the fullest.
