i cant gain weight for shit, i got that LS1 V8 Metabolism SS n shit. i dont eat healthy for shit either. i want to though, but i dont know what is healthy eating. and every healthy shit im told about i have to cook n shit. i cant cook for shit, fuck cooking. i needa get married or movie in with my bitch or somethin.

Umm yeah.. back to topic..

I am THE worst eater on the planet.... lol.. its not that I cant cook healthy food.. or that I dont cook healthy food... because I grill almost all my meat.. I dont eat fried chicken or fried foods much at all.. I eat a lot of white rice.. I love steamed veggies... MY problem is.. I dont eat WHEN I'm supposed to or as OFTEN as they say I should.

I have to have iced mochas in the morning... AMP or Red Bull during the day.. I work late into the evenings... never eat breakfast... yeah.. its all bad.. sometimes a diet pill gets me thru the day when I dont have time to sit and eat.. and I still stay too damn thick... lol.. some strrraight bullshit....

I work for a doctor who deals only with weight related issues. Since I've been here I've cut back on soda, fast food, white rice/pasta and most bread. Trying to work on getting good carbs (brown, grain stuff) and lowering the sugar I consume. I swear sugar just sneaks in when you don't even know it. Like low fat yogurt, did you know most of it has more sugar than Snickers candy bar? Crazy shit. I went from no exercise to running about 6 miles per day. Still have a ways to go, but getting started is the hardest part, after that its cake (pun intended).

i can eat good and clean all week but when the weekend comes i drink ALOT thats kind of an under statement , sometimes i'll drink too much on friday and not drink til next weekend but i aint home all weekend so it either BBQ or jackincrack , the bbq aint bad . i work out 2 to 3 days a week , i should be doin 3 days a week but sometimes i can't get into the gym on friday ................

AND EVER SINCE SCHOOL ENDED IVE BEEN STAYIN HOME ( CUZ I LIVE IN BORING ASS SAN PABLO ) ONE OF THE FEW THINGS THAT I DO ALL DAY IS EAT ! Weight gain revolves COMPLETELY on your daily caloric intake.
