AIGHT I BROUGHT THIS UP CUZ IVE DELT WITH THIS SHIT MY ENTIRE LIFE(HAVE TO EAT RIGHT TO STAY SKINNEY). HOW MANY OF YALL JUST FUCKEN PIG THE FUCK OUT EATING WHATEVER YOU WANT AND DONT GIVE A FUCK IF YOU GET FAT OR WHAT NOT. OR SOME ARE LUCKY AND HAVE A FAST ASS METABOLISM AND DONT GAIN ANY WEIGHT.

MAYNE I HAVE TO WATCH WHAT THE FUCK I EAT CUZ I GAIN WEIGHT QUICK AND I DONT TO BE JUST ANOTHER FAT PERSON LOL. ITS LIKE THEY LACK DISCIPLINE AND SELF RESPECT!!

Well I work out alot(havent in a couple months), so getting fat is the last thing I worry about..I do try to eat healthier now..I try to substitute red beef for chicken...and eat more fish..small stuff like that...I wouldnt necessarily say Im a healthy eater...I weigh 213 right now, then again I just finished playing football and like I said I work out alot...

ima skinny nigga that cant gain for shit....i'd have to eat crisco and peanut butter sandwiches every 2 hours for 6 months to gain 10 lbs...shit sucks ass....and these damn protein drinks and creatine is costing too damn much each month to be able to really start a damn program....my ex used to feed a nigga HUGE plates...and nothing....maybe 5 lbs gained...200+ pushups a day and fat meals didnt do it...if there was metabolic surgery i'd get it....

I have the worst eating habits. I NEVER eat shit during the day, and then get off work, cook FAT ASS meals, and then grub. Its hella unhealthy to do that shit to myself. I eat a lot less than I ever did before, but I wiegh a lot more. I guess its my body storin shit up to feed off during the day or something. The only thing I do for myself everyday that's 'healthy' is drink a lot of water and take vitamins.

Do I eat healthy? No. Do I care? Yes. I hate healthy food and they're more expensive then fat foods such as fast food. I eat whatever is convenient for me, price wise and time wise which is basically fattening foods. Got a deep fryer some time ago by the way. 3 years ago I was 160-5 can't really remember but now I'm 175. A few months ago I was 185. When I was 185, I worked late, came home late and ate late. I haven't been eating much the past month and it's been 2 weeks since I quit my piece of shit job, and I eat earlier in the night. If you eat earlier at night you'll have time to burn off the calories while you're still awake. If you eat before you sleep (not good) you're not burning any fat/calories.

I never get up early enough to pack lunch and I don't like packing my lunches at nite so I tend to go out a lot for lunch. My gurl jus had a kid so she aint cookin alla tha time so we have a tendency to go out to eat a lot. I friggin hate it but ohhh well and I aint fat either

I eat pretty much healthy at least for the last few months I have. I don't cheat myself neither. If I want a piece of cake I'll have it. I just eat in portions. I don't over do it. I eat breakfast in the morning, lunch, dinner, and a healthy snack or a protien shake in between and I work out 5 times a week. I just seen that movie Super Sized......good lord, after watching that I really didn't want to eat fast food ever again.

i eat pretty healthy for the most part. I find it helps to have a good breakfast in the morning. I usually have a big breakfast burrito with egg, avocado, onion, salsa and sour cream. I find it kinda sets me up for the rest of the day and gets my metabolism started. I also try to eat about every 2 hours, I eat healthy things like fruit, chicken breast, bran muffins, vegetables, etc. I also drink a lot of water at least 8 bottles a day. When I was younger I could eat whatever the hell I wanted. I would eat at Mcdonalds probably 5 times a week at least. Now im getting older I cant eat like that any more, I try to be healthy. I weigh 155 pounds right now and I dont want to be a fat fuck...

I try to eat healthy but it's just so hard when you got a box of boneless honey bbq chicken wings from KFC calling your name. Seriously though I noticed I've been gaining a lot of weight lately so I'm trying to cut down on the fatty foods + exercise more often.

i haven't gained any weight in like 7 years.....

as far as eating goes... i don't really have much control over what i get to eat on work days..... only "healthy" place to get a "meal" in east livermore is at jamba juice, so i try to visit 3 or 4 times a week..... i used to work in pleasanton, and i had access to Fresh Choice, but that shit costs like $10 a meal.... regardless of the price, i would love to make it a habit to eat there 3 or 4 times a week

i wish i could remember to work out and drink my protein drinks..... i need more muscle mass.....

only part of my diet that i really changed over the years was cutting down on soft drinks a whole lot..... i'd rather have a lemonade or some orange juice..... or just plain water.....

theres one thing i can NEVER do.... and thats go vegetarian....

Before the new year (2005) I used to eat what the hell I wanted, when I wanted. That was a bad idea. That routine gained me 40+ lbs (in probably over a few years time) and had me overweight like a mothafucker weighing around like 195-200 and I'm only like 5'9''-5' 10".

This new eating program I got goin' right now has lost me 20lbs without doing any exercise! It's all about the metabolism I'll tell you right now. My secret was (it's actually not much of a secret just common sense) to cut out fast food all together, and eat just 3 square meals a day: a breakfast, lunch, and a dinner. I also eat my dinner between 5 and 7 so that way it's not too late. I especially don't eat after 9 or 10PM. The later you eat the worst off you are because all your food just sits there the rest of the night and all your calories taken in turn into fat. I used to come home hella faded on late nights and just raid the cover like hell and then pass the fuck out. That's a bad combination.

I do take these 1 A Day Weight Smart vitamins as well. I think it's what helped speed up my metabolism and combining that with my eating habits was what made me lose all the weight.

Bottom line...exercise isn't always the way to lose weight. But it sure will help.

^^^for real, even if I dont have time, ill throw some chicken on the BBQ and microwave some vegetables. It takes like 10-15 minutes to cook. Ill make some bad-ass pasta sauce too, I can thrown down in the kitchen...

Fuck that shit. I got me a 3 foreman grills (don't ask why), a foreman rotisserie grill thing, a deep fryer, and I still can't cook! Cookings sucks balls, like dude said in earlier in another thread, laziness is an epidemic in Cali. When I do cook, it's ALWAYS the same, I can't think of anything else to cook and fuck a cook book, too many ingredients in that shit. AWHILE ago I don't know if some of you remember but I made a recipe thread which contained many recipes from the members. It was pretty easy however I didn't do shit from any of the recipes given. What I learned from cooking thus far is...It's all in the sauce which I do not know how to make.
