Everyone has a religion by definition. Whether you believe in God or not, you believe in something such as your education, beliefs about life and what happens to you when you die etc... You live by that code, that system of beliefs. That's your religion. Being a follower of Christ is more about the relationship you have with God/the Trinity. Christianity can't save you, only Jesus can. Judas followed Jesus too and got lost along the way. Calling yourself a Christian isn't the end-all solution. I've known a lot of supposed Christians who weren't Christian at all. I've also been blessed to know some of the most devout people you'd ever want to meet that live the Bible as well as you can ask a person and would give you the shirt off their back if you needed it. It is what it is. If I didn't believe in God, I damn sure wouldn't waste my time trying to convince people that He wasn't real. The fact that some of you allege that you believe there is no God, you sure are wasting a lot of time talking about something you don't think exists.

Anyone here ever try to sell their soul? I want some money and all the latest electronics and shit..
Some guy tried that on Ebay once actually. Sold his soul to someone for like 500 bucks. ebay made him give it back. He was probably pissed when he had to pay for return shipping on that.

Your assumptions are completely unfounded. You know nothing about me, what I've been through, my education etc... You place all of your faith in the education you have, but someone always knows more. Pride is like a cancer that eats the foundation you rest on. Walk around with your chest out and talk down on people with faith as much as you want. You're placing your faith in yourself and what you've experienced. My experiences and walk with God have blessed me with an education couldn't have been learned in a classroom or be printed on a diploma, but that doesn't make them any less real. But you being such an intellectual on the siccness of all places, that probably wasn't spoken to a high enough level for you to comprehend. Kick rocks and go jack off on the icandy forum
LOL. Your feelings get hurt a little bit? I don't care or need to know what you've been through in order to know that you are willfully ignorant of the way the world actually works, and instead choose to believe in fairy tales that some nomadic desert people stole from their neighbors. You're beliefs are a joke, its too bad you don't get the punchline.

Props, I wonder why these religious atheists waste all their time discussing religion. I mean it's not like religious folks demand that people obey their Christian rules, or start wars with groups who worship different types of Gods, or deny non-religious people rights or discrimine against them, or claim you had to worship a certain God to be a suitable person to run for public office, or try to get creationism taught in school as a real science in opposition to real science.

I mean why would atheists bother even thinking about religion. It's because deep down they know they are wrong and they question their own beliefs. It's that simple breh.

Why post it a general forum on a message board then? Just because people don't believe what he is saying doesn't mean they don't have an opinion on it or can't give their views.

I could see your point for some of the trolling (which I did as well I'll admit) and some of the hostility towards his beliefs but that's about it.
If you believe in free thinking,
let others that don't believe in what you do,
freely think about what they wish.

To shut down someone else's beliefs,
and discredit a faith beyond your understanding,
is limited thinking in itself.

(Yes, beyond your understanding)
You can read into what you want, dissect it and come up with your own conclusion, but the faith aspect will be beyond your understanding until you experience it for yourself.

Dude ain't just 'believing what he wishes' he's on a message board proselytizing. That's a very different thing.

Isn't the OPEN FORUM for all subjects?
Not just for subjects approved by
self proclaimed free thinkers?
You'll notice that most people of faith on here don't catch shit for it. I've never said anything about your beliefs, or shea's for example. That's because you guys have never preached on here. I don't really care about people's beliefs until they want to make an issue about them, then they get aired out.
