This is a very good post. There is a lot of hyping going at all these forums(siccness,raptalk,calistyles,etc) but the thing is that the majority of the rapers being hyped, have music to sample somewhere so you can judge for yourself. All the 10/10 and classic talk is in the eye of the beholder. For example majority of the source's 5 mic classics (before they were repicked) wouldnt get no play in my cd player. Even know its more mainstream, it illustrates my point. Take it for what it is, Which is part networking/business (sales pitch is repetition) a very normal way of starting out. I bit into the hype, but you have to sometimes to find a different sound that can last forever. In these cases, it was Game Insane self titled and FE what we do. I wasnt dissapointed, these albums are both dope to me. My advice, like I did is to listen to them first or give an up and comer a shot at making a fan for life.
