Good point... I'ma add to that by stating that most of them that be sayin that shit have a majority of friends that aren't black either...

Living in the bay gives some folks the luxury to stay in their little area (away from the hoods where the brothas be at) and use the word without anybody checkin' 'em for years....

@ sincere, I can understand what your saying, but you also have to understana where I'm comeing from, people think just cause I come from a good upbringing, I can't be in the hood, come on people I have hella head bussa friend's,that ride right by my side....as far as people talking bad about me every1's intitled there to there say, but ''fact's is fact's'', I'm here I've been excepted by the hood and the the local and national talent,no matter what anybody trys to say about me on the internet, the street in the real deal.... the internet is 50-50. believe it if you see it, nuff said.......

...lol at being "excepted in the hood"....you're missing the point....95% of people who live in the hood, would leave the hood in a heartbeat. It's clowns like you that come from a good upbringing and think it's cool to go to the hood, have a couple black people who you call your friends, and think you're gangsta cause you know and love to hang out with someone that's done time in the pen. If you were from the hood, you would understand that for every 1 "bussa friend" you have, there are 3 more that would love to deflate you in a heartbeat.

I have yet to meet a black man that will ride to defend a white man's right to say nigga

It's a cold situation, cuz anybody that physically checks you will have to deal with the possibiltiy of your father (the judge) locking 'em up for the rest of their lives...

There are ways you can use your position of privilege to better relations between whites and blacks.... how bout askin' your dad to look at cases of police brutality on black folks and the unjustifiably harsher prison sentences they receive when compared to that of whites?

At the very least, how about taking a stand and apologizing for using the word and promising never to use it again?

Trying to justify your use of the word will accomplish nothing positive...

It's funny that u mentioned that footlocker incident. I was at Hilltop Mall at 1 of them shoe stores and witnessed some asian kid with braids & gold fronts get the shit smacked outta him 4 sayin the word. His boys just stood there while some old ass black woman in a big ass church hat came to his aid. I kept a straight face until she kept sayin' "Oh Chile (child), Oh Chile, he dun slapped tha po' baby."
