bought this yesterday. Quik is sick with the beats (still), the songs with bizzy bone were dope. shit this whole album is sick. im 33 years old so my grown ass will be bumping this all summer long doggie. rodney o was sick too.

for some reason this cd reminds me of rhythmalism....must be the greens..

Dope ass album. Quik did it again. I wish he got more props cuz he deserves it. That dude is consistent. Dope beats AND rhymes. Great Mix. Very Clean. I've been a big Quik fan for a long time and he never seems to disappoint when so many others do. Check out his video interview on dubcnn.com, dude is hella drunk but he's funny. Trauma is still my favorite, but BOD is gonna be in heavy rotation for a long time. Out of the 16 songs, I got rid of 2. I bump the other 14, and 9 are really good. Normally I'm lucky to find 3 of 14 from other artists, so 9 good cuts is awesome for me. jmo....Thanx Quik.

Listened to this album some more and it grew on me! It got that summertime groove to it-Happy to say I'm rolling in a Caddi so it fits my lifestyle lol

The album is clean. That Flow for Sale, and that cut Nobody with Sugafree BUMPIN, even the lil love cut he did with Dwele is bangin...Quik always breathes some new life into the same ol music scene
