np nick...hell i stood up a almost 24 hrs tryin to fix it...well before i reformated i did numerous things to try to fix...first off my dvds are burning its just my cdr's that are givin me "write errors" "queue again later" and my favorite "power calibration error"....
i use the lastest nero, got all my aspi drivers installed..
anyhow i tried different cd media....seems memorex 52x disc are faulty i cant 100% confirm...but i used the last 3 tdk's cdr's i had and they burnt weird...
so after googling for hours i gave up..i tried every thing...
lastest firmware...dma is on..blah blah blah....
so i chose to reformat last....hehe and what do u know still wont burrn on my memorex cd's so im thinking 3 things...
1.the memorex 50 pack is faulty....dont have any other cd to try, headed to get some shortly....
2.the dvdrw/cdrw burner is going out....or the firmware is faulty i got a pioneer dvr-104 with firmware 1.41.
3.the power supply is going out again...happened once before...maybe its not powering up everything fully...300watt psu with 4 hard drives...1 dvdrom 1 dvdr/cdr.....with my studio shit aka m-box..
solutions hopefully...
1. cd's are cheap so im tryin that next....buy a 5pack of something not memorex maybe sony's or verbatim..
2. cdrw/dvdrw are hella cheap especially the sony's...like 99 bucks at bestbuy...
3. power supplies are cheap im thinking of a 500watt one...for 99-129 at best....
but not sure if this info will help u any so i wrote the shit i done...hope its some help

oh yea i got nero installed lastest and vob's instant write which is now pinnacle instant cd/dvd..
worked good before like i said..computers can just be stupid sometimes like me hahaha...
