You late homeboy...the Death Row era turned er' body out...after that the East adopted everything West. Nemo you gotta know this shit has nothin to do with superior talent...it's who u know, where u live...most of us Vegas cats know each other so when 1 comes up we snatchin the rest and in the midst of that there would be some Vegas cats gettin shine who prolly aint that tight...but it's Vegas so we grabiin em regardless. Same story every city.

Rap is territorial...er' body reps where they from and when one breaks thru the door they grab up they homies. A lot of these East nigaas got snatched up the same way....talent or no talent.

But then at the same time we doin the same music we did 13 years ago, with the same delivery, the same appearance, aint nothin changed but the niggas spittin it. WE love it, but the rest of the country had it's fill of it and then moved on to the next thing..we still stuck in 94.

Hyphy was somethin new that the west had to offer...like it or not....it's gonna grab mo attention then the same ole we been doin. The exception to all this is the major West artists...their success is paid for..they finna go multi platnum cuz they are Major and the label gonna make sure it SoundScans wether it really sold or not...but for the indies tryna move up...good luck.

As stupid as it sounds a GAY West coast mc has a better chance of blowin (no pun intended) then a GANGSTA West mc....simply cuz it aint been done, it's new territory...people would HAVE to pay attention...we wouldnt buy it but others would. All u gotta do is listen to the radio and we all know underground cats that will blow the radio cats away..so get it understood it aint about talent.

Niggas always say the rap game is like the dope game...NO IT AINT...Thats that street mentality...the richest mutha fukkas in the rap game AINT GOT NOT STREET SENSE they are businessmen behind the scens on a higher level then most of us artists that consider ourselves businessmen. Shits our own fault...wa aint conductin business to the point it needs to be conducted in order to get the results we lookin for.

I run Cin Sity Records...I see myself makin these mistakes all the time, and I see most other West mc's doin the same thing. we more worried bout bein REAL NIGGAS then REAL BUSINESS
