When haven't they? They've always shown a tendency to favor a couple names within an 'era' with various names sprinkled in. Juan/Roc, Tekneko/Ronnz, Seven, Summers/Sanders, Wyshmaster/Matic/YoungFyre, etc.
Kain's right. They usually always do that. "Everready" and "Anghellic" seem to have some exceptions as QDIII, King Tech, Rick Rock and a host of others provided beats. "Everready" in particular had a lot of relatively no name producers that made dope beats.
A lot of artists stick to a "stable" of producers. Jay-Z is one that comes to mind, who always uses the Kanye/Timbo/Just Blaze combo. He should've reverted and got more from Premier and Ski
Back to the subject, whatver Lynch does I'm sure it's dark and he usually doesn't pick 'happy' beats. Shitty beats are different, but with a title like "Dinner and a Movie" hopefully it'll have some 'cinematic' moments rather than one-off's of whatever comes to mind.
This album could make or break Brotha Lynch Hung's career.
Hopefully it all pulls together, Strange gets him on tour and they do this right.
