Drinking Plenty of Water, No Fastfood, no fattening foods, Eat lots of Greens, Eat Grilled or Lean Meats. Abstain from Candies, Junk, and eat half of our meal, and down it with plenty of water. Chew your food well, alot of people's problems with Weight Loss or getting full is that the person isn't chewing well enough. I was 230, I lost about 50 lbs or more in 5-7 Months doing this. I got down to 178, I lagged on my routine I'm back to 207 working back to losing weight again. IF you LAG even one day on this routine, You will get lazy and it will start to become a habit, and you'll get fat.

That's all good... except for number 6... stop doing that NOW if you wanna lose weight and be healthier

you wanna eat MORE small meals... you should break it up to about 6 small meals a day... and for sure don't skip breakfast... I know it's cliche to say this... but breakfast is the most important meal of the day

eating consistently all day speeds up metabolism... people make the mistake of not eating all day... which may help them lose weight in the short run... but it's very unhealthy... and in the long run you'll gain the weight back

And also I don't agree with the vegetarian shit... not from a health stand point at least... if you're doin it for personal beliefs whatever... but protein is good for you... and nothin wrong with eatin some chicken breast... nothin at all... jusf don't eaf fried chicken... and if you wanna be lean not toooo much red meat

I though you were posting your eating/exercise routine because that's what you do to stay healthy

I mean if you don't really care... then don't eat all day... I wouldn't recommend it under any curcimstances though... at least not on a regular basis

drink water

buy fish oils

eat more protien

eat whole grains

eat greens

dont eat carbs after 6


best low carb diet is the anabolic diet, works get if your a athlete. 30 grams of carbs a day dont worry about carbs in greens tho eat high fat high protein, 1-2 days a week flip it around and limit your fat intake and eat high carbs . i think they call it the anabolic solution now google it ,i've heard people also using the diet when they want to bulk but you gotta tweak it

Do some research on the Keto Diet. I've been on and off since december and I've lost 25 lbs, while hardly working out except for walks.

What I do is eat 65% fat 25% protein 5% carbs around 2000 cals a day every two weeks I do a cheat day. This high fat keeps you fuller longer and after about 3-4 days it starts using fat as fuel in stead of glucose (carbs) and the pounds start melting away. Using fitday.com to track my numbers. I don't think this diet is healthy for long periods of time but if you want to loose weight than adjust your diet to what you need it's the best and fastest way to lose fat.

While you guys are starving and busting your ass at the gym, I'm sitting at home eating bacon, chicken, hamburger pattys, playing xbox and still loosing more weight than you.

this is how you should run.


Warm up for 4-6 minutes by doing some light jogging.

Followed By High Intensity Running/Sprinting for one full minute.
(Level 9 or 10 intensity on a scale of 1-10)

Followed by Moderate intensity: Slow down to jogging for two minutes
(Level 6-7 intensity).

Repeat 2 more times for a total of 3 rounds: Run/Sprint for one minute followed by jogging for 2 minutes.

After completing all 3 rounds, light jog/walk for 5 minutes for a cool down.

do that for a month.. on your down days.. then move it to 4 rounds a day.

The anabolic diet is probably better if you aren't a complete fat ass.

Plus you get a 2 day refeed as opposed to a one day.

I've had better results with the anabolic diet, as I have a decent amount of muscle mass. I lost a lot of lean muscle on the keto diet.

not good at advice at all... If you are a 8 year old, 75 lb girl, that might be ok.

Your right in saying count calories. Cut 500 calories a day from what you normally eat and you will lose one pound a week. 3500 caloires = one pound of fat. Its all a numbers game. Im trying to get serious right now cuz I gained about 20 lbs since Halloween and I still needed to lose another 50 or more so I got my work cut out for me. Hardest thing for me is not drinking. The eating and excersize isnt that hard.

If your gonna diet make sure you eat stuff you like in moderation. Check out this website www.about.calorie-count.com

you can plug in your weight height and lifestyle and see how many calories you burn at the gym or even while working. Then you can see how many you need to eat to maintain, lose, or gain weight.

If you really want to lose weight(and you get to learn how to fight) sign up for a boxing, muay thai, jiu jitsu, MMA, etc class. If you constantly go and your really out of shape you'll lose tons of weight fast as fuck. Eat clean, lift weights and run on your off days. My boy lost 60 lbs in 3 months from eating clean and signing up at a Muay thai gym only going 3x a week.


Losing weight, like anything else in life, is not about quick fix diets. Its about being dedicated.

dont eat no bullshit like even those oreo crisp thins or what ever.they say 100 calories which is not bad but then you gotta burn that unessesary 100 calories off.............

dont starv your self,if you do then your body goes into starvation mode and conserves fat.............

eat breakfast, then eat a snack a couple hours later like an apple or some shit like that, then eat lunch, then another snack between that and dinner.the food steady in your system keeps your metabolism up and burns fat............


if you do cardio, do interval cardio.warm up lightweight for a few minutes then jam on there,like your running hella fast for 1 minute then slow down and jog for 2 minutes, then jam 1 minute, jog 2 minutes.........if you do that then you keep your body guessin on what it has to do and it keeps your metabolism up.........do that for like half an hour..........

chill on the beef and pork and chicken fat........fish fat is good for you and actually helps burn the other fats.............


and the main thing,dont act up with the food.you might eat some shit that says 120 calories per serving,but that serving might be one cup full,so you eat 2 cup fulls and now you gotta burn that extra 120.it sucks not piggin out at first but after a while your stomach gets smaller and you get "satisfied" faster..........


you can cop some fish oil or flax seed oil pills from wal-mart,pop those when you eat and it'll help burn the fat you dont need............
