At first SHAQ knew he was the man, therefore he was. He led his team and dominated as he normally does. Once Kobe started maturing more is when the problem came. Both of them want to lead the team, they both want MVP rings and just BLOW up. That is why they dont get along. Kobe is looking bad because he is fucking with the success of this team. Kobe needs to realize that he can average 25-30ppg and get all the assists/rebounds he wants once he establish's his part on this team, wather that be the #2 option or not. I think PHIL is mostly to blame for this, he needs to put his foot down, let everyong know who the leader is.
